About the programme
The Next Generation Manufacturing Investment Programme aims to encourage manufacturing investment in South Australia and Victoria.
It is a merit-based grants programme that supports capital investment projects to help businesses establish or expand higher value manufacturing activities.
Grants range from $500,000 to $5 million. They are available for up to 50% of eligible costs for projects with a minimum investment of $1 million.
Round 1 opened for application on 16 October 2014 and will close on Friday 9 January 2015.
The Programme is a joint initiative of the Australian, South Australian and Victorian Governments.
