Crisis Planning for Business Workshop

Every business is exposed to a level of risk of crisis, whether from natural events such as bushfire and floods, man-made, accident or illness. Business owners who understand these risks, and plan and prepare for them can recover more quickly in the event of a disaster.

This interactive workshop will give participants a clearer understanding of the crisis planning process. They will be able to identify key risks for their business and develop strategies to minimise risk. Learn how to use a range of problem solving and emergency planning development tools. A one-on-one session with a business mentor experienced in crisis planning will assist preparing a crisis management plan. *Participants completing this workshop are eligible for one free mentoring session.

Bookings for this workshop will be via a new online Event Management system, please either register directly on the Business Victoria website or contact Michelle Flight in Enterprise Geelong to email you once the online booking system is in place.
