Enterprise Geelong has successfully received a grant from the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport & Resources to run a Grow Your Business Group Program. 

The workshop is targeted for Food and Agribusinesses in the region.  The workshop series will consist of 4 x 4hr workshops from 23 February 2017 – 23 March 2017 with an additional 6-10 hours of one-on-one mentoring and will:

• Provide important information on export readiness

• Provide a roadmap for the pathway forward

• Provide an understanding of how international trade may benefit their business into the future

• Provide detailed, customised information required for entry into new export markets

• Tools, templates and procedures tailored to their business to undertake export

• Provide pricing strategies and logistics documentation

• Develop comprehensive export implementation strategies and action plan including production, operational and financial requirements

The program will accommodate between 5 – 15 businesses only and is heavily subsidised by the Department.
