Workshop 1 - Tuesday 3rd March 
The Business Case for Resource Efficiency
Begin by mapping your current business and operational processes and establishing your baseline sustainability performance with the FREE Greenlight Sustainability Diagnostic. Determine the business opportunity for improving energy efficiency, materials efficiency and supply chain optimisation.

Workshop 2 - Tuesday 24th March
Energy Efficiency
Focus on energy efficiency; build your skills and knowledge on common and specific strategies to optimise the energy process and flow in the business. 

Workshop 3 - Wednesday 15th April
Material Efficiency and Avoiding Waste
Identify and quantify your opportunity to avoid waste and associated costs. Discover the impact of Closed Loop thinking and how to incorporate key techniques into your business to save you serious money.

Workshop 4 - Wednesday 29th April
Supply Chain Optimisation and Product Design
Take a broader look at developing Win Win strategies and building synergistic partnerships across your Supply Chain from smart sustainable product / service design to reaching customers effectively, at the lowest costs.

This program supports existing Environmental and Energy Management Systems, and aligns with the new ISO14001 2015 standard.
