Values, Culture and Branding

90% of small businesses don’t know their values and these business owners are often the ones struggling with attracting the right staff and knowing what they stand for.

Values are the foundation of every business yet most don’t  have them. Values set uncompromising standards, they give purpose to everything you do in the business, they create and reflect your brand in the market, they push you and your team to do and be better and they create ultimate uncompromising accountability.

Without them you are attracting people on skill not attitude, you run the risk of sending a mixed message to your market and you have people in the business not raising the bar. When values are not in place it is costing you money, time and your precious  energy.

The Presenter: Sarah Valentine
