The Geelong Ring Road Employment precinct hits a major milestone at the launch of Production Way and Success Court with the Mayor of City of Greater Geelong Darryn Lyons.

The Geelong Ring Road Employment Precinct is an ideal location for any business requiring a greenfield site to establish or expand.

The GREP is a staged developed with new precincts being delivered.

  • Work on construction of Stage 1 and 2 of Production Way and Nth Broderick Road is complete.
  • Stage 1 O’Briens Road is complete.
  • Work on the construction of Success Court is nearing completion.

Companies with developments currently under construction or underway include Accensi, Ritchie Brothers, Brad Drew Trucks and Plumbtec.

The Geelong Ring Road Employment Precinct (GREP) is Geelong's largest designated precinct for Industrial Land

The development at the GREP is progressing well with several sales and new infrastructure works underway.

In recent times land has been sold along O’Briens Road to Brad Drew trucks, a plumbing business and a major manufacturer and in Broderick Road to Accensi a major crop protection product manufacture from Queensland. Work on their building has commenced and they will be operating in early 2015.

Infrastructure works have been completed along O’Briens Road with sewer, drain, power and communication works that have brought more land onto the market.

Recently tenders have been awarded for the construction of a major sewer pump station which will service 250 ha of the northern part of the GREP

A separate tender has also been awarded for construction of parts of Broderick road and the new Production Way which will bring even more land onto the market ready for business to invest and develop.
